Our Story

In 2021, we founded the Student Association of Industrial Designers with the goal of enriching OCADU's ID community & program for current and future students.

We now have a network that spans all years from OCAD's ID community, from first years to graduated alumni.
We'd love to have you to join SAID as a member, or be a part of our team!
Mission
Our goal is to connect Industrial Design students to their peers, professors, and professionals from all corners of the Industrial Design field through: Socials, Events, Alumni Talks, Tutorials, Student Forums, and ID-centric Peer Mentorships to encourage a free exchange of knowledge, communication and empathy across the student years and alumni.
